In this picture it looks like one of those impression models that architects build. Maybe it is the way that people at the tables that helps with that impression.
The theatre has good lines to explore photographically.

It looks very stark, and foreboding in this shot, Fred, not welcoming at all, even the cafe? looks regimented,good b/w shot though.
